Frequently asked questions
What generates a commission?
Payments from accounts linked to you: the first subscription payment, every renewal and every credit pack. Crowdfunding contributions do not generate commission.
How long does my link last?
The visit is saved for 60 days in the visitor's browser. When the visitor signs in or signs up within that time, the account is linked to you, and later payments from that account count with no time limit while you remain an affiliate.
What if two affiliates refer the same person?
The first affiliate whose link is active when the account is linked keeps it. Accounts that were already paying customers are not linked.
When do I get paid?
Each commission stays pending for 30 days in case of a refund. After that it becomes available. When you have $50 or more to be paid, you request your payout from your dashboard and we send it by PayPal.
What happens with refunds?
A full refund or chargeback cancels the commission; a partial refund lowers it in proportion.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not generate commissions and can lead to removal from the program.
