Crowdfunding Terms

1. What you are buying: prepaid usage
The Founder balance is prepaid usage of Drommo: an advance purchase of usage to spend only in Drommo, sold by Magzin LLC through a crowdfunding-style campaign. You pay once and receive a usage balance expressed in US dollars, where every $1 you pay is $1 of usage, plus the bonus of the tier reached. It is not an investment: a payment does not purchase shares, ownership, voting rights, profit participation, debt or any other security, and it gives no right to returns, profits, interest or the repayment of money. Nobody should pay expecting a financial gain. Wherever these terms or the campaign page say "contribution" or "support", they mean this purchase of prepaid usage. Contributions made before this version received Founder Credits; those balances keep their full value and are shown as usage in dollars at the same rate of 100 Founder Credits per $1.
2. Contributions and Stripe
Contributions are processed by Stripe in USD. The amount, currency and payment status confirmed by Stripe control the payment record. Drommo may reject or refund transactions affected by fraud, chargebacks, sanctions, payment errors or legal restrictions.
3. The Founder usage balance
The Founder balance is prepaid, non-cash usage of Drommo intended only for eligible product usage (it works only inside Drommo). The dollar amount measures usage; it is not legal tender, a bank balance, stored monetary value, cryptocurrency, investment, security, transferable asset or claim against Magzin LLC. It cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law. The Founder balance opens generation in the chat even without a paid plan, with the models of the Basic plan, and it is separate from the usage limits of any plan.
4. Reward calculation and how usage is spent
Displayed amounts are calculated under the published campaign tiers. Usage per contribution: $150 → $168, $250 → $287.50, $500 → $585, $1,000 → $1,200. Custom contribution amounts use the same formula and the bonus percentage of the highest tier reached. Usage is spent at the same rates as plan usage, which depend on the model and the work requested and are set from our AI providers' prices. Those rates are updated when provider prices change, so the amount of text, images, websites or other generations a given balance covers can go up or down over time. Drommo does not promise a fixed number of generations. Video creation is not available in the chat for now. Rate updates do not reduce a balance already added to your account.
5. Campaign duration and availability of the balance
The crowdfunding campaign runs from October 2, 2026 through January 2, 2027, which is the last fundraising day. The usage balance for a completed contribution is added to the contributor's Drommo account once the payment is confirmed by the payment processor, without waiting for the campaign to end. Reaching 100% of the campaign funding goal is not required, and closing below the stated goal does not remove a balance already added.
6. Campaign changes and stretch goals
Roadmap items and stretch goals describe intended product direction, not guaranteed delivery dates or additional usage. Stretch goals do not automatically increase a backer reward. Product scope, providers, models and implementation may change as the platform evolves; for example, the chat now runs mainly on Cloudflare Workers AI models and our own model, and video was paused.
7. Refunds and failed campaigns
Because the usage balance is added once payment is confirmed and remains available even when the campaign does not reach 100% of its stated goal, closing below the goal does not by itself trigger a refund. Refund eligibility otherwise depends on the payment channel, applicable Drommo refund rules and mandatory consumer law. Chargebacks or refunded contributions may remove the related usage balance.
8. Risks and availability
Crowdfunding supports ongoing product development and involves execution risk. Features, providers, costs, timelines and availability can change. Drommo does not guarantee that every planned feature, model, integration or stretch goal will be delivered exactly as described.
9. Age of contributors
Only people who have reached the age of majority in their country may contribute. The age of majority depends on the country (18 in most countries, 19, 20 or 21 in others). A minor whose account a guardian approved under the parental controls of the Terms of Use may spend a Founder balance received on that account only within the limits the guardian set.
10. Acceptable use and account
The Founder balance remains subject to Drommo Terms of Use, acceptable-use rules, account security requirements and product restrictions. Abuse, fraud or prohibited activity may result in suspension, cancellation or other remedies permitted by the Terms and applicable law.
11. Privacy
Personal data related to accounts, payments and campaign administration is handled under the Drommo Privacy Policy and applicable law. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
